01/13/2009 9:15am - 10:00am 01/13/2009 9:15am - 10:00am No frills, no fuss, straight-up strength with barbells/weight plates, dumbbells, and a bench. Throw in some abs, and you've got an AWESOME power-packed class.
01/13/2009 10:15am - 11:00am Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.
