Group Fitness
Aerobics and conditioning classes are FREE and available to facility members only ages 14 and up. Monthly Class Schedules are available online or at the member service desk. If you are new to a class, please let the instructor know before the class starts. Land aerobic classes for the beginner through advanced include body sculpting, kickboxing, step, and more. Over 25 land aerobic classes in all! Be sure to check out our Water Aerobic Classes too!

Have Fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activity for daily living skills. Early Bird Special
An early morning workout with various class structures. Step, floor, sculpt, etc. Come jump start your morning.
CardioBox
An exciting cardio class incorporating punches & kicks that challenges all muscles groups including the heart. It's awesome!
Total Fitness
A slower paced, less choreographed aerobic class at mid-tempo range. This energy boosting class is lively and fun without a lot of impact. Friendlier to feet, knees and backs. This class offers 20 min. of cardio exercises to keep the heart healthy, 20 min. of light strength and endurance exercises for upper and lower body as well as exercises for upper and lower body as well as exercises from our "Healthy Back" orientations. Class time: 60 min.
Peak Performance
A challenging workout that builds in intensity by using a series of faster & slower segments. Each intense segment pushes your cardio ceiling - followed by an active recovery segment. This alternating workout increases your stamina, cardio capacity & boosts your metabolism. Go for it!
Cardio/Sculpt
This class begins with an extended warm-up incorporating choreographed floor combinations that then lead into a more INTENSE version of Max Your Muscles. The sculpting session will emphasize the integration of full body movements designed for muscular efficiency and overload. This class covers heart health, strength and endurance training, functional exercise and flexibility, all important components of a good fitness program.
Step Aerobics
A cardio class appropriate for all levels. You can vary the degree of intensity to make it more personalized by using the modifications given. If you want an energizing and challenging class, this is for you!
Abs and Stretching
Understand how to utilize and strengthen the abdominal region in this 30 minute abdominal session. Men are welcome!
Body Sculpt/Bottom Line
This class will tone your whole body using free weights, tubing, and your own body's resistance. Special attention is given to the hips, abs and thighs. A favorite class of the female population!
Yoga/Basic Yoga
Sticky mats, pillows and straps, candles and soft music are a great way to tone and strengthen the body, as well as take away the day's stresses to the body. Whether you are a novice or first time, you will find this class will refresh your body and your mind.
Hips/Abs/Thighs
Similar class structure to Body Sculpt-Bottom Line except this class concentrates strictly on toning & strengthening the lower body. What a great way to boost your metabolism!
Interval Training
For those individuals who are taxed with time, this class allows you to fit in your cardiovascular and body sculpting all in one packed hour that will keep you moving and your calories burning! Complete cardio, total body sculpting.
