African Dance: Rhythm dance with African Origins, and traditional movements combined in an energizing and unique class.
Aquatic Arthritis Program: A mvement, strength and flexibility class designed for those recovering from an injury, and it is taught in a warmer water enviroment.
Arm & Abs: This is a 30 minute class that focuses on strengthening and toning the arms and abs.
Glutes & Abs: This is a 30 minute class that focuses on strengthening and toning the glutes and abs.
Cardio/Sculpt: This class combines cardio, strength training and core work. Each segment is 20 minutes long.
Cardio Express: This is a high intensity 30 minute cardiovascular workout.
Ultimate Cardio: A total cardiovascular workout. This class involve training for sports, agility, running, jumpting and it is mixed impact.
Ultimate Circuit: Drills, games, the use of various equipment are the core of this challenging class. This class is intense and fun.
Cycle: Enjoy an outdoor activity indoors. Beginners and advanced participants benefit in the same class. New students should arrive early. Due to limited space, please pick up your pass at the welcome center a few minutes before class. This class is 45 minutes in length.
Endurance Cycle: A 60 minute cycling class. See cycle for further instructions
Mat Pilates: A mat based class designed to strengthen and stretch the core muscles (abs, back, glutes and thighs)
Flow Yoga: Movement focused yoga, intermediate to advanced pose work, but all levels are welcome. Students will expand their practice and grow in strength, flexibility and balance.
Basic Yoga: This class uses yoga postures to help strengthen participants and help them improve overall physical fitness.
Youth Fit: Designed for children ages 3-7.

Step: This workout is for all who love or want to love step! Enjoy mixed impact choreography, broken down in a learnable format.
Tai Chi: A unique martial art that promotes healing, range of motion, relaxation/stress relief and strength.
Just Weights: No frills, no fuss, straight up strength with barbells/weight plates and dumbells.
Sculpt: This class is a basic body muscular conditioning using resistance balls, rubber tubing, benches and dumbells.
Silver Sneakers I-Muscular Strength and Range of Movement: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with hadlles, and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
SilverSneakers II-Cardio Circuit: Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non impact aeraobic choreograhhy. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
Turbo Kick: A ot of kicks and punches, a little funky flare! Catch the rage of this power packed class.
Kickbox: Learn mix intensity kick and punch combinations peppered with jump rope, drill work and abs.
SilverSplash: Activate your aqua exercise usge for variety! SilverSplash offers lots of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.
H20 Circuit: A well rounded and fun water workout that includes cardiovascular conditioning and muscle strengthening using various equipment and water resitance.
Basic H20 Circuit: A basic version of the H20 circuit that is shorter and less intense.
H20 Cardio: Low impact activity that provides mid to high cardiovascular training utilizing water resistance for a total body workout.
Basic H20 Cardio: A basic version of the H20 cardio that is shorter and less intense.
Zumba: A choreographed Latin Dance based aerobic class.
