A total body workout that is both cardiovascular and strengthening. Combines punches and kicks for a fun and energizing workout.

An aqua class incorporating a high intensity cardio workout with a challenging strength workout. Water weight may be used. Appropriate for beginners.

A basic concept of movement that will increase agility, cardiovascular fitness, and endurance and strength using plyometrics and calisthenics.

This class used a Star Trek stationary bike, motivating music and a certified instructor, teaching a challenging cardiovascular workout. Due to limited space, get your Pass at the welcome center. Class meets across from the aerobic room. We Recommend that you bring a towel and water bottle. Appropriate for beginners.

Total Body Conditioning in the teaching pool includes cardio, resistance training (water weights), sprinting intervals and power sets. Stretching with Yoga and Tai Chi moves concludes the challenging hour. Appropriate for beginners.
