05/03/2008 8:00am - 9:00am Low impact activity that provides mid to high cardiovascular training utilizing water resistance for a total body workout. 05/03/2008 8:05am - 9:05am A basic concept of movement that will increase agility, cardiovascular fitness, and endurance and strength using plyometrics and calisthenics.
05/03/2008 8:15am - 9:00am This class used a Star Trek stationary bike, motivating music and a certified instructor, teaching a challenging cardiovascular workout. Due to limited space, get your Pass at the welcome center. Class meets across from the aerobic room. We Recommend that you bring a towel and water bottle. Appropriate for beginners.
