04/22/2008 7:15am - 8:15am Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing curcuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offerd for support, stretching and relaxation exercises. 04/22/2008 8:15am - 9:15am A lot of kicks and punches, with a little funky flare! Catach the rage of this power packed class.
04/22/2008 9:00am - 10:00am Low impact activity that provides mid to high cardiovascular training utilizing water resistance for a total body workout. 04/22/2008 9:15am - 10:15am A mat based class designed to strengthen and stretch the cores muscles (abs, back, glutes and thighs) 04/22/2008 11:00am - 11:45am Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with hadlles, and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for support, stsretching and relaxation exercises. 04/22/2008 4:15pm - 5:00pm A mat based class designed to strengthen and stretch the core muscles (abs, back, glutes and thighs) 04/22/2008 5:00pm - 5:30pm 04/22/2008 5:30pm - 6:30pm A total cardiovascular workout. This class involves training for sports, agility, running, jumping and it is mixed impact. 04/22/2008 6:00pm - 6:45pm Enjoy an outdoor activity indoors. Beginners and advanced participants benefit in the same class. New students should arrive early. Due to limited space, please pick up your pass at the welcome center a few minutes before class. This class is 45 minutes long.
