04/27/2008 1:30pm - 2:30pm Enjoy an outdoor activity indoors. Beginners and advanced participants benefit in the same class. New students should arrive early. Due to limited space, please pick up your pass at the welcome center a few minutes before class. This class is 60 minutes long. 04/27/2008 2:30pm - 3:30pm This class is a weight training class using barbells and weighted bars to increase strength, endurance and tone. Appropriate for beginners.
04/27/2008 3:30pm - 4:30pm Movement focused yoga, intermediate to advanced pose work, but all levels are welcome. Students will expand their practice and grow in strength, flexibility and balance. | ||
