04/28/2008 5:45am - 6:45am This class used a Star Trek stationary bike, motivating music and a certified instructor, teaching a challenging cardiovascular workout. Due to limited space, get your Pass at the welcome center. Class meets across from the aerobic room. We Recommend that you bring a towel and water bottle. Appropriate for beginners.
04/28/2008 8:00am - 9:00am Aqua class structured for Arthritis Management. Combining slow Range of Motion exercises with light resistance tools tones and refreshes your whole body. Beginners as well as those recovering from injury/surgery would benefit. Members have the option to use the resistance tools.
04/28/2008 8:15am - 9:15am This class combines cardio, strength training and core work. Each segment is 20 minutes long.

04/28/2008 10:15am - 11:00am A fluid movement class designed to reduce stress, better range of motion, increase agility and flexibility, balance, mobility. Appropriate for beginners.
04/28/2008 11:00am - 12:00pm 04/28/2008 4:15pm - 5:30pm This class is a weight training class using barbells and weighted bars to increase strength, endurance and tone. Appropriate for beginners.
04/28/2008 5:30pm - 6:30pm This class combines the best of boxing, kickboxing, rope jumping, and the rhythm and choreography of aerobics to create an explosive total body workout that is fun and challenging.
