04/29/2008 7:15am - 8:15am 04/29/2008 8:15am - 9:15am A total body workout that is both cardiovascular and strengthening. Combines punches and kicks for a fun and energizing workout.
04/29/2008 9:00am - 10:00am An aqua class incorporating a high intensity cardio workout with a challenging strength workout. Water weight may be used. Appropriate for beginners. 04/29/2008 9:15am - 10:15am This workout uses stretches and floor exercises incorporating isometrics and core stability to strengthen the entire body. Appropriate for beginners. 04/29/2008 11:00am - 11:45am 04/29/2008 4:15pm - 5:00pm This workout uses stretches and floor exercises incorporating isometrics and core stability to strengthen the entire body. Appropriate for beginners.04/29/2008 5:00pm - 5:30pm 04/29/2008 5:30pm - 6:30pm A total cardiovascular workout. This class involves training for sports, agility, running, jumping and it is mixed impact. 04/29/2008 6:00pm - 6:45pm This class used a Star Trek stationary bike, motivating music and a certified instructor, teaching a challenging cardiovascular workout. Due to limited space, get your Pass at the welcome center. Class meets across from the aerobic room. We Recommend that you bring a towel and water bottle. Appropriate for beginners.
04/29/2008 6:00pm - 7:00pm Total Body Conditioning in the teaching pool includes cardio, resistance training (water weights), sprinting intervals and power sets. Stretching with Yoga and Tai Chi moves concludes the challenging hour. Appropriate for beginners.
