04/30/2008 5:45am - 6:45am Enjoy an outdoor activity indoors. Beginners and advanced participants benefit in the same class. New students should arrive early. Due to limited space, please pick up your pass at the welcome center a few minutes before class. This class is 60 minutes long.
04/30/2008 8:00am - 9:00am A basic and low impact activity that provides low to mid cardiovascular training utilizing water resistance for a total body workout. 04/30/2008 8:15am - 9:15am A total cardiovascular workout. This class involves training for sports, agility, running, jumping and it is mixed impact. 04/30/2008 8:30am - 9:15am Enjoy an outdoor activity indoors. Beginners and advanced participants benefit in the same class. New students should arrive early. Due to limited space, please pick up your pass at the welcome center a few minutes before class. This class is 45 minutes in length.
04/30/2008 9:00am - 10:00am Low impact activity that provides mid to high cardiovascular training utilizing water resistance for a total body workout. 04/30/2008 9:15am - 10:15am No frills, no fuss, straight up strength with barbells/weight plates and dumbells.
04/30/2008 4:15pm - 5:30pm No frills, no fuss, straight up strength with barbells/weight plates and dumbells.
04/30/2008 5:30pm - 6:30pm No frills, no fuss, straight up strength with barbells/weight plates and dumbells.
04/30/2008 6:00pm - 7:00pm Enjoy an outdoor activity indoors. Beginners and advanced participants benefit in the same class. New students should arrive early.
