05/01/2008 7:15am - 8:00am 05/01/2008 8:15am - 9:15am 05/01/2008 8:30am - 9:15am This class used a Star Trek stationary bike, motivating music and a
certified instructor, teaching a challenging cardiovascular workout.
Due to limited space, get your Pass at the welcome center. Class meets
across from the aerobic room. We Recommend that you bring a towel and
water bottle. Appropriate for beginners.
05/01/2008 9:00am - 10:00am An aqua class incorporating a high intensity cardio workout with a
challenging strength workout. Water weight may be used. Appropriate
for beginners.
05/01/2008 9:15am - 10:15am Use of yoga postures and the resist a ball. Bosu ball to help strengthen and stretch and help improve fitness. Appropriate for beginners.
05/01/2008 11:00am - 12:00pm 05/01/2008 5:00pm - 5:30pm 05/01/2008 5:30pm - 6:30pm This class sets kickboxing/martial arts moves to energizing music and fun choreography. While strengthening your cardiovascular system and increasing endurance, the combinations of punches and kicks also provide a total body workout.

05/01/2008 6:00pm - 7:00pm Total Body Conditioning in the teaching pool includes cardio,
resistance training (water weights), sprinting intervals and power
sets. Stretching with Yoga and Tai Chi moves concludes the challenging
hour. Appropriate for beginners.
05/01/2008 6:30pm - 7:30pm This class is a weight training class choreographed to music using barbells and weighted bars. Appropriate for beginners.
05/01/2008 7:30pm - 8:30pm This class uses yoga postures to help strengthen and stretch
participants and help them improve overall physical fitness.
Appropriate for beginners.
