05/07/2008 5:45am - 6:45am This class used a Star Trek stationary bike, motivating music and a certified instructor, teaching a challenging cardiovascular workout. Due to limited space, get your Pass at the welcome center. Class meets across from the aerobic room. We Recommend that you bring a towel and water bottle. Appropriate for beginners.
