Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills.  Hand held weights, elastic tubing with hadlles, and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

Enjoy an outdoor activity indoors.  Beginners and advanced participants benefit in the same class.  New students should arrive early.  Due to limited space, please pick up your pass at the welcome center a few minutes before class.  This class is 45 minutes in length.

Low impact activity that provides mid to high cardiovascular training utilizing water resistance for a total body workout.

Use of yoga postures and the resist a ball. Bosu ball to help strengthen and stretch and help improve fitness. Appropriate for beginners.

Designed for children ages 3-7.

A choreographed Latin Dance based aerobic class.

Learn mix intensity kick and punch combinations peppered with jump rope, drill work and abs.
