06/06/2008 5:45am - 6:45am Enjoy an outdoor activity indoors. Beginners and advanced participants benefit in the same class. New students should arrive early. Due to limited space, please pick up your pass at the welcome center a few minutes before class. This class is 45 minutes long. 06/06/2008 8:00am - 9:00am Aqua class structured for Arthritis Management. Combining slow Range of Motion exercises with light resistance tools tones and refreshes your whole body. Beginners as well as those recovering from injury/surgery would benefit. Members have the option to use the resistance tools.
06/06/2008 8:30am - 9:30am This class used a Star Trek stationary bike, motivating music and a certified instructor, teaching a challenging cardiovascular workout. Due to limited space, get your Pass at the welcome center. Class meets across from the aerobic room. We Recommend that you bring a towel and water bottle. Appropriate for beginners.
06/06/2008 9:00am - 10:00am Low impact activity that provides mid to high cardiovascular training utilizing water resistance for a total body workout. 06/06/2008 9:30am - 10:30am This class is a weight training class using barbells and weighted bars to increase strength, endurance and tone. Appropriate for beginners.
