06/07/2008 8:00am - 9:00am Low impact activity that provides mid to high cardiovascular training utilizing water resistance for a total body workout. 06/07/2008 8:05am - 9:05am Drills, games, the use of various equipment are the core of this challenging class. This class is intense and fun.
06/07/2008 8:15am - 9:00am Enjoy an outdoor activity indoors. Beginners and advanced participants benefit in the same class. New students should arrive early. Due to limited space, please pick up your pass at the welcome center a few minutes before class. This class is 45 minutes in length.
