02/02/2009 5:45am - 6:45am Enjoy an outdoor activity indoors. Beginners and advanced participants benefit in the same class. New students should arrive early. Due to limited space, please pick up your pass at the welcome center a few minutes before class. This class is 60 minutes long. 02/02/2009 8:00am - 9:00am Aqua class structured for Arthritis Management. Combining slow Range of Motion exercises with light resistance tools tones and refreshes your whole body. Beginners as well as those recovering from injury/surgery would benefit. Members have the option to use the resistance tools.
02/02/2009 8:15am - 9:15am This class combines cardiovascular, strength training and core work. Each segment is 20 minutes long.
02/02/2009 9:00am - 10:00am Low impact activity that provides mid to high cardiovascular training utilizing water resitance for a total body workout. 02/02/2009 9:15am - 10:15am No Frills, no fuss, straight up strength training with barbells and/or weight plastes and dumbells. 02/02/2009 10:15am - 11:00am A unique martial art that promotes healing, range of motion, relaxation/stress relief and strength. 02/02/2009 11:00am - 12:00pm Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing curcuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offerd for support, stretching and relaxation exercises. 02/02/2009 4:15pm - 5:30pm No frills, no fuss, straight up strength training with barbells and/or weight plates and dumbells.
02/02/2009 5:30pm - 6:30pm Learn mix intensity kick and punch combinations peppered with jump rope, drill work and abs.
02/02/2009 6:00pm - 6:45pm This class used a Star Trek stationary bike, motivating music and a certified instructor, teaching a challenging cardiovascular workout. Due to limited space, get your Pass at the welcome center. Class meets across from the aerobic room. We Recommend that you bring a towel and water bottle. Appropriate for beginners.

02/02/2009 7:15pm - 8:00pm This workout is for all who love or want to love step! Enjoy mixed impact choreography broken down in a learnable format.
