Staff Team
The YMCA of Middle Tennessee's Association Office serves as a resource to all of the 30 YMCA locations in Middle Tennessee.The corporate offices, located in the FirStar Bank building at 814 Church Street, house CEO/President Journey Johnson, the Management Resource Center, department heads, the development department, the Department of Membership & Marketing and the Department of Communications.
The departments of accounting, human resources, MIS and associational wellness are located in the 900 Church Street office.

International Programs
The YMCA is an international organization that can introduce young people to new cultures. The YMCA of Middle Tennessee participates in international partnerships with 130 countries. The Y organizes trips to visit other YMCAs in places like Africa, Costa Rica, Germany and Venezuela.
