FitnessBoth on land and in the water, seniors may benefit from the YMCA classes. We recommend the following for our seniors:
Each month we schedule different activities to get to know each other. These include potlucks, trips, health events, movies and crafts. Stop by the Y and check out our Senior Board to grab a newsletter with each month’s events!
