Corporate America On the Move Week is aimed at motivating employees to take small steps towards a healthier lifestyle. As part of that initiative, YMCA of Middle Tennessee centers are deepening their commitment to community-wide efforts to promote healthy living and intensify collaboration with community partners to support employees seeking healthier lifestyles.

Outreach
Restore Ministries of the YMCARestore is a life-changing ministry of the YMCA. Since January 2000, over 5,000 adults from all walks of life have turned to Restore for help. Many people who come to us simply feel their life is out of balance – that something is missing. Others have serious issues they want to tackle. The miracle of Restore groups is that the programs work regardless of the issue. Restore Ministries is committed to being available to all, regardless of income. After Breast Cancer (ABC) Outreach Program
Participants will meet at scheduled ABC times to work out during the program. The After Breast Cancer Outreach Program offers information and peer support, as well as individualized and group exercise regimens to assist post-surgery individuals regain strength, flexibility, and range of motion.
The program will begin with a pre-assessment. Next, the participants will meet with our exercise specialist who will administer a baseline assessment and design an individual program. The participants may also have an opportunity to meet with a registered dietician who has done extensive research with breast cancer survivors. This is a free 16 week program for members and non members.
This program is open to all breast cancer survivors, and there is no fee for the program.

Y-S.A.F.E.
YMCA Sherriff's Athletic Fellowship Enrichment
Y-S.A.F.E. offers safe havens for youth and teens through recreational and educational activities, which are provided by Rutherford County Sheriff's Deputies, YMCA staff, and volunteers from the community.
YMCA Teen Leaders
A Program available for teens ages 12-17 years old to learn to be “leaders” in the community. Participants will participate in volunteer programs, community programs, field trips, and so much more. Contact Crystal Martin or Kim Foster at (615) 895-5995 for more information.
