Drills, games, variable equipment (depending on center), and strength are the core of this challenging class. 04/30/2008 12:15pm - 12:30pm A 15 or 30 minute class (depending on center) designed to whittle your middle. Increase strength and definition in the abs, back, and glutes, otherwise known as your CORE. 04/30/2008 12:15pm - 1:00pm Enjoy an outdoor activity inside! Beginners and advanced participants can benefit in the same class. Burn up to 500 calories in just 40 minutes! New students should arrive early for proper bike set-up and instruction. 04/30/2008 5:15pm - 6:00pm Basic body muscular conditioning using resistance balls, rubber resistance, benches, dumbbells, and body bars (equipment varies by center.)
