04/28/2008 11:00am - 11:45am Basic body muscular conditioning using resistance balls, rubber resistance, benches, dumbbells, and body bars (equipment varies by center.)
04/28/2008 11:45am - 12:00pm A 15 or 30 minute class (depending on center) designed to whittle your middle. Increase strength and definition in the abs, back, and glutes, otherwise known as your CORE. 04/28/2008 11:45am - 12:25pm Latin-infused cardio dance, so fun you don’t notice you are sweating your tail off!
04/28/2008 12:15pm - 1:00pm Enjoy an outdoor activity inside! Beginners and advanced participants can benefit in the same class. Burn up to 500 calories in just 40 minutes! New students should arrive early for proper bike set-up and instruction. 04/28/2008 4:30pm - 5:15pm Latin-infused cardio dance, so fun you don’t notice you are sweating your tail off!
04/28/2008 5:15pm - 6:00pm A mat-based class designed to strengthen and stretch the core muscles (abs, back, glutes, and thighs) with a focus on breath-work as well.
