Enjoy an outdoor activity inside!  Beginners and advanced participants can benefit in the same class.  Burn up to 500 calories in just 40 minutes! New students should arrive early for proper bike set-up and instruction.

01/28/2009 12:15pm - 12:30pm

A 15 or 30 minute class (depending on center) designed to whittle your middle.  Increase strength and definition in the abs, back, and glutes, otherwise known as your CORE.

01/28/2009 5:15pm - 6:00pm
Basic body muscular conditioning using resistance balls, rubber resistance, benches, dumbbells, and body bars (equipment varies by center.)
