Mind-Body Classes:

Les Mills BODYBALANCE

This yoga-based class improves your mind, body and life. Set to an inspiring soundtrack, you'll bend and stretch through simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Strengthen your entire body and leave feeling calm and centered.


Basic Yoga

Get introduced to this ancient practice integrating body, mind and spirit by learning basic yoga poses from the ground up.  If you are new to yoga, or would like a refresher, this class is for you.


Yoga

This class is designed to integrate the body, mind and spirit. Using a variety of classic yoga poses combined with breathing, you will strengthen and tone your body while increasing flexibility and reducing stress.


Vinyasa Yoga

In this more energetic form of yoga, students will expand their practice through fluid movement from one pose to the next while connecting to their breath. This class will challenge you to grow in strength, flexibility and balance.


Ashtanga

Ashtanga is a traditional yoga practice involving fast-moving sequences performed in a specific order.  The class is ideal for yoga students looking for a more intense form of yoga exercise, with various for different levels of difficulty.


Restorative Yoga

Designed to bring you into balance, Restorative Yoga will help you relax into deep positions that will lengthen and release your whole body using various props for comfort. Great for all levels.


Iyengar Yoga

Iyengar yoga is a traditional practice involving the extensive use of equipment like straps, blocks, bolsters and other tools.  Instruction is detailed and slow.  This class is ideal for the detail-oriented student who enjoys a lot of coaching.


Advanced Vinyasa Yoga

Building on the poses from Vinyasa Yoga, this practice is designed to challenge you further with advanced positions and fast moving sequences.


Yoga/Pilates Fusion

Strengthen and lengthen your whole body through the combination yoga and Pilates. These two powerful disciplines tone abs, back and other key muscle groups for a well-rounded mind and body experience.

Mat Pilates

Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body with an emphasis on strengthening the mid-section.  Mat-based classes may use a small amount of equipment depending on location.

Reformer Jump/Board Tower ($)

The jump board on the reformer is a fun and fast-paced workout for those who feel comfortable and safe with the intermediate level reformer . Jumping will add variety to your workout increasing your muscle strength, cardio stamina and coordination. The tower portion will help in Pilates strengthening, core, and flexibility on the reformer. Not appropriate for brand new students, those with injury, or are pregnant. This is a paid class, and you must purchase a package prior to reserving your spot online.

Meditation

This class is designed for participants to relax, reset, and calm your mind and body. Together, the class will practice mindfulness or meditation, to help cultivate more gratitude, compassion, and peace in your life.  No prior experience required.


Centering Practice

Strength training for the mind and spirit begins with silence and stillness.  Our daily lives are filled with hurry, worry, and busy.  This class is for anyone, no matter where you are on your spiritual journey, who wants to intentionally make space for peace, calm, and prayer.



 

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an ancient martial arts discipline that teaches balance and coordination.  This is a great class for those with chronic conditions such as arthritis and joint or tissue inflammation among others.  Movements are slow and detailed.


Foam Rolling

Using your own body weight, a cylindrical foam roller, and sometimes a tennis ball, learn self-massage techniques to release and break up trigger points and soothe tight muscles and facia leading to improvements in flexibility, muscle recovery and efficiency.


Functional Balance

This class prepares participants at all levels for everyday life and teaches fall prevention techniques, by incorporating movements that improve balance, agility, and a connection between mind and body.


Stretch & Recover

Want to prevent injuries, recover faster and improve everyday living? Come improve your flexibility with a class dedicated to stretching. Classes may incorporate various equipment such as stretch bands, tennis balls and foam rollers.


Strength & Stretch Fusion

This class is packed full of a variety of strength training exercises using light weights, bands, tubing, etc. for the sculpting section. Then, we will work on stretching and flexibility training, we will emphasize proper form and function for better workouts.


Lengthen & Strengthen

This class is broken down into 3 equal sections: 20 minutes of Pilates, 20 minutes of strength, and 20 minutes of stretching.
