At the Y, we want to help you thrive in spirit, mind and body! We offer a variety of small groups in a safe, inclusive, and caring environment for you to connect with others, find encouragement and reach your wellness goals.

We also provide spiritual and mental health classes, workshops and trainings to support your mental health and spiritual growth. We hope you'll check out the programs we offer to strengthen your holistic health!

 

Mental Health First Aid

This nationally certified course teaches you how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. Learn to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders.

Volunteer Chaplains

Here at the YMCA of Middle Tennessee we value whole person wellness and one of the ways we offer support is through our volunteer chaplains. If you would like to meet with one of our chaplains for prayer, encouragement, or to talk through a struggle you might be having, please email prayers@ymcamidtn.org and we will connect you with one. If you are interested in serving as a volunteer chaplain, please fill out the Volunteer Interest Form.
