16th. Annual Golf Classic

  • Join us on October 25, 2010 at the prestigious The Governor's Club in Brentwood, for our annual "We Build People" Golf Classic. All proceeds benefit the YMCA Community Action Project, an intervention based program for at-risk youth in Williamson County.

    Register online, by mail, or in person, at the Franklin Family YMCA.

TRX Core Training

    We will now be offering TRX Core Training on Wednesdays at noon!

    TRX is a mixture of cardio, strength and core work, guaranteed to give you a great workout and burn some major calories!
