At the YMCA of Middle Tennessee, we believe strong communities are possible only when we invest in our kids, our health, and our neighbors.
In 2024, we continued this important community-building work by empowering young people, improving the health and well-being of people of all ages, and supporting neighbors in need. In all, the Y’s life-changing programs and services positively impacted 244,915 lives in 2024.
