Open Doors Program

The Franklin Y is able to keep its doors open to all thanks to your generosity through the Annual Giving Campaign.
Last year, nearly 600 of our members received financial assistance and were able to access Y programs and services. The chart at right breaks down the make up of those members.

About Breast Cancer

After Breast Cancer

The YMCA's After Breast Cancer (ABC) Program was designed by survivors, for survivors, to provide education and healing for mind, body and spirit after a breast cancer diagnosis. Last year, support for the Franklin YMCA's Annual Giving Campaign allowed the YMCA of Middle Tennessee to provide healing and hope to 45 survivors.

Supporting Seniors

Your gift to the Annual Giving Campaign ensures the Franklin YMCA can support the growing senior population in our area. Last year, more than 1,500 active older adults came to the Franklin Y to maintain their health and be connected to a caring and supportive community.

Teens

Life can be stressful for today's teens, and they don't always have a safe place to go after school. Thanks to the support of the Annual Giving Campaign, the Franklin YMCA last year provided more than 700 teens with a place to unwind, get homework done and just focus on being a kid.
