Due to ongoing power outages and continued safety and staffing concerns related to icy conditions, the following YMCA of Middle Tennessee centers will remain closed on Wednesday, Jan. 28: Bellevue, Green Hills, Northwest and Sumner. Should power be restored, our facility safely accessed and appropriate staffing needs met, there is a possibility that we could open later in the day. If that is the case, we will be sure to update you here and on the YMCA360 app.
The following centers will be open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 28, with limited services: Brentwood, Clarksville, Donelson-Hermitage, Downtown, Franklin, Margaret Maddox, North Rutherford, and Robertson Co. Here is a breakdown of the services offered at each center:
- Brentwood: Areas that will be open include the wellness floor, gymnasium, aquatics (7 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.), Y-Play/YAC (8:15 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. at full capacity and 4:00-6:30 p.m. with limited capacity), teen center (12-6 p.m.) and Group Exercise Classes (check the YMCA360 app for availability).
- Clarksville: Areas that will be open include the wellness floor, gymnasium, aquatics (8 a.m. - 6 p.m.), Y-Play (8 a.m. - 12 p.m.) and Group Exercise Classes (check the YMCA360 app for availability).
- Donelson-Hermitage: Areas that will be open include the wellness floor, gymnasium, aquatics (10 a.m. - 4 p.m.), Y-Play (10 a.m. - 2 p.m.) and Group Exercise Classes (check the YMCA360 app for availability).
- Downtown: Areas that will be open include the wellness floor, gymnasium, aquatics (7 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.) and Group Exercise Classes (check the YMCA360 app for availability).
- Franklin: Areas that will be open include the wellness floor, gymnasium, aquatics (7 a.m. - 6:45 p.m.), Y-Play and Group Exercise Classes (check the YMCA360 app for availability).
- Margaret Maddox: Areas that will be open include the wellness floor, gymnasium and aquatics (9 a.m. - 6 p.m.).
- North Rutherford: Areas that will be open include the wellness floor, gymnasium, aquatics, Y-Play and Group Exercise Classes (check the YMCA360 app for availability).
- Robertson: Areas that will be open include the wellness floor, gymnasium, aquatics (7 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.), Y-Play (9 a.m. - 1 p.m. & 4-7 p.m.) and Group Exercise Classes (check the YMCA360 app for availability).

School Age Services closures
Davidson, Montgomery, Rutherford and Sumner Co. schools will all be closed Wednesday and Thursday, Jan. 28-29. SAS will offer care in Montgomery County and Rutherford County for Jan. 28/29. Sites will operate from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. SAS will not operate inclement weather sites in Davidson County on Jan. 28/29 due to continuous widespread power outages. We do not offer snow day care in Sumner County.
