A Coaching Program for All YMCA Staff

Trailblazers is a nine-month professional coaching program for YMCA of Middle Tennessee staff. This program pairs staff interested in growing their YMCA careers with current organizational leaders who provide professional coaching and support through one-on-one coaching sessions.
Any YMCA staff member can apply to participate as a Trailblazer to receive professional coaching! Members of our YMCA ERGs are encouraged to apply and will be given priority placement in the program. Due to program capacity limitations, we will not be accepting applications from past program participants.
We will be accepting 15 Trailblazers into the 2024 cohort. Applicants accepted into the program will be informed of their match and attend a program orientation in March with coaching sessions starting in April.
