The YMCA is providing free meals for children (18 & under) at multiple locations across Middle Tennessee as part of the YMCA Summer Food Program. Families are provided with 7 days of breakfast and lunch in each meal kit. Distribution of the kits runs through August 1. Distribution sites vary by day and are listed below.

The YMCA of Memphis and the Mid-South in coordination with the YMCA of Middle Tennessee is proud to partner with organizations in the Middle Tennessee area to supply children with FREE 7-day meal packs (breakfast and lunch) during summer months when children are out of school. This is made possible through funding from the State of Tennessee.
Meal packs will be available for pick-up at 11 locations in Middle Tennessee. Meals packs will be available weekly at specific times and locations for each of the 11 sites. Anyone can pick up at any location.
All meal packs are free for children under 18 years of age at each location regardless of income (no qualifications needed except child must be 18 or under).
Distribution begins promptly at the designated start time. Arriving on time ensures you receive a meal pack.
Each 7-day meal pack will consist of 7 breakfasts and 7 lunches. Our meals follow the USDA recommended guidelines for nutritious and healthy meals. Breakfasts will consist of shelf-stable milk, fruit, and grain. Lunch will consist of shelf-stable milk, meat/meat alternate, fruit, vegetable, and grain.
Meal packs will be provided at each location until supplies run out for that day.
At each pickup location, you will fill out a form with your phone number or email. This information will be used to send you reminders and notifications about the program.
