YMCA day camps inspire kids ages 5-12 (must have completed kindergarten) to learn and play together. With new exciting themes every week, your kids will try new activities and experiences, and simply enjoy being themselves all summer long.

Clarksville At a Glance

  • Ages: 5-12 (must have completed kindergarten)
  • Camp Dates: May 28-August 2 (no camp on July 4)
  • Cost: $135 per week for Y members, $165 for non-members
  • Camp Hours: 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • Free Swim Instruction: We offer free water safety instruction to all day camp participants who don’t pass our YMCA Swim Test. Learn More

  • The majority of the day is spent outdoors.
  • Campers have access to a large tent providing shade for small-group time, water breaks and rest.
  • Campers swim in our pool most days.
  • Weather permitting, campers enjoy other features, such the Youth Activity Center, fields and gym, based on the day's curriculum

Camp Forms & FAQs

Effective Summer 2024, our cancellation policy has expanded to include that participants will be responsible for the following charges:

  • Two weeks or more notice before the session: $25 non-refundable deposit 
  • 7-14 days notice before the session: 50% of the remaining balance plus the $25 non-refundable deposit 
  • Less than 7 days notice before the session: 100% of the remaining balance plus the $25 non-refundable deposit
  • The $25 deposit is also non-transferable at any time

Weekly Themes

Approximately two to three hours each day is focused on our weekly theme, while the remainder is filled with swimming and small-group activities.
