Teaching Healthy Habits Early

The Y is all about making kids strong from the inside out, and our Youth Strength Training program is a great example.

Geared for youth ages 10-13, these fun yet focused classes teach the benefits of a healthy, active lifestyle, as well as proper techniques for exercising and using wellness equipment at the Y. Class graduates are awarded badges that let them work out on the main wellness floors without parent or guardian supervision.
