Weeknights can be a busy time for everyone. Whether you’re running the kids around town to different extracurricular activities, squeezing in exercise after work, or trying to fight your way through Nashville traffic, creating a healthy meal (and the dreaded dish-washing that comes with it) isn’t always at the top of the to-do list.

Make weeknights easier and tastier with healthy sheet pan dinners. One pan, a short list of ingredients and flavor variety are the best part about these five recipes that are sure to please!

    Sheet Pan Fajitas

Fajitas are my go-to when enjoying a meal at a Mexican restaurant. Full of bright vegetables and lean chicken served sizzling on a hot pan, fajitas are such a treat! This recipe brings that same feeling home. Simply chop your veggies, trim your chicken, and toss with olive oil and a medley of spices before dumping it on a sheet pan. Into the oven it goes! Within 30 minutes, dinner is served.

Salmon, Potatoes and Asparagus Sheet Pan Dinner

Not only is salmon a versatile fish that can be used in a variety of recipes, but it is packed full of omega-3 fatty acids that are beneficial for heart health. Crispy asparagus and tender potatoes make this the perfect dish to feed the family for dinner or save as leftovers for lunch.

Take a trip to the Mediterranean with this delicious dish. Caramelized onions, spiced cauliflower, crispy chickpeas, fragrant turkey meatballs and a lemony tahini sauce come together in a flavor explosion! In order to cook each item to perfection—keeping the vegetables crisp and the meatballs moist—this recipe uses two sheet pans. Pair this with some brown rice or pita bread for a well-rounded meal.

Brussels Sprouts, Eggs and Bacon Sheet Pan Breakfast

Weekend mornings call for a hearty breakfast! Protein-packed eggs, crispy bacon and a whole serving of vegetables make this the ideal recipe for fueling up. You can swap original bacon for turkey bacon to cut down on unhealthy fats, and add some grainy toast or fruit salad to make this a complete meal for all to enjoy on a Saturday morning.

Sheet Pan Korean Chicken and Vegetables

Take a break from take-out! Make your wallet happy and your taste buds even happier with this Korean-inspired sheet pan dinner. Low-sodium soy sauce and spicy Sriracha sauce delicately coat the abundance of vegetables used in this recipe. The best part of a stir-fry is the ability to mix and match protein and vegetables to make this dish what you like! Combine with jasmine or basmati rice for another easy, weeknight meal.
