Looking for a welcoming and flexible space for your next gathering? The Northwest Family YMCA offers rooms and facilities available for rent seven days a week, based on availability. Whether you're hosting a meeting, celebration, or community event — we have a space to fit your needs.

Booking Details

  • All events must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance for approval and processing.

  • Payment is due 48 hours before the reservation via the YMCA’s payment system, CORE.

  • A $50 security/cleaning deposit is required to reserve your room. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel.

  • Renters must complete a waiver/permission slip for all guests (including parents/guardians for youth rentals).

  • Rentals are available seven days a week, based on facility availability.

How to Book a Rental

Step 1: Submit Your Request by using our simple online form to get started.

Step 2: Wait for Confirmation

  • You’ll get an automatic confirmation email once you submit your request.

  • A second email will confirm if your rental is approved, canceled, or needs additional information.

  • A YMCA staff member may follow up to confirm event details or request additional forms.

Availability

Rentals are available seven days a week during the following hours:

  • Monday–Friday: 6:30 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Sunday: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

E. Bronson Ingram Indoor Pool Hours:

  • Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM & 3:00 PM
  • Saturday: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

E. Bronson Ingram Indoor Pool

(2-Hour Minimum Rental)

Capacity: 24 people
Fee: $135/hour (members) | $160/hour (non-members)
Features: Waterslide, play structures, seating, and life jackets provided.

Community Room – Multi-Purpose Room

(2-Hour Minimum Rental)
Perfect for meetings, workshops, and small events.

Capacity: 30 people (tables and chairs) | 60 people (chairs only)
Fee: $65/hour (members) | $90/hour (non-members)
Features: Free Wi-Fi, round or rectangular tables with chairs, projector, screen, sound system, and optional speaker/presentation platform.

Community Room – John Wright Room

(2-Hour Minimum Rental)
Our largest indoor meeting and event space—ideal for lectures, resource fairs, dinners, and performances.

Capacity: 40 people (tables and chairs) | 75 people (chairs only)
Fee: $75/hour (members) | $100/hour (non-members)
Features: Free Wi-Fi, round or rectangular tables with chairs, projector, screen, and sound system.

Full Gymnasium

(2-Hour Minimum Rental)
Our largest indoor event space, great for large gatherings, athletic events, or community celebrations.

Capacity: 150 people (tables and chairs) | 175 people (chairs only)
Fee: $210/hour (members) | $300/hour (non-members)
Features: Spacious open floor plan; tables and chairs available upon request.

BlueCross Healthy Place

(2-Hour Minimum Rental)
Our largest outdoor event area—perfect for picnics, festivals, and community events.

Capacity: 135 people
Fee: $135/hour (members) | $175/hour (non-members)
Features: Outdoor pavilion and play area. Tables and chairs not provided.

Rental Guidelines / FAQ

Thank you for your interest in hosting your event at the Northwest Family YMCA!
Please review the following guidelines before submitting your rental request.

Important Information
  • All rentals must follow our Building Policy.

  • Priority is given to groups and events that align with the YMCA's mission and values.

  • Rates are subject to change without notice.

A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required, showing at least $1,000,000 in coverage for damages and/or injuries.

The policy must name the YMCA of Middle Tennessee as an additional insured.

No tobacco, vaping, or alcohol products are permitted anywhere on YMCA property.

Decorations are welcome, but nothing may be taped, nailed, pinned, or otherwise attached to walls or surfaces in a way that causes permanent damage. Please plan decorations that can be easily removed without residue.

The YMCA can provide tables and chairs for up to 150 guests for social events.
Please include your setup needs when submitting your rental request.

All rentals must take place within the Northwest Family YMCA’s normal operating hours. After-hours events are not permitted at this time.

For safety reasons, bounce houses, ball pits, and soft play structures are not allowed on YMCA property.
