Memberships for Active Older Adults
As we age, it is increasingly important to stay active and exercise regularly. At the Y, older adults can take advantage of membership options and exercise programs designed for them while benefiting from social events ranging from potlucks to group outings and community service opportunities.

The YMCA is proud to be a Silver&Fit participating fitness facility. Silver&Fit is designed specifically to help older adults achieve better health through regular exercise and health education.
